The Distillery

All Van Gogh flavored vodkas, gin and EspreXXO Ultimo 19/09 are distilled and bottled by the Royal Dirkzwager Distilleries in Schiedam, Holland, a city famous since the 16th century for innovation in the distillation sciences.

Handmade in small batches by our own Master Distiller Tim Vos, Van Gogh Vodka is painstakingly crafted using only the finest fruits, grains and purified water. The grain alcohol goes through a multiple distillation process followed by an all–natural double infusion flavoring process, an innovative six–week procedure pioneered by the Royal Dirkzwager Distilleries to create Van Gogh flavored vodkas' signature smooth tastes.

In addition to three distilleries, Royal Dirkzwager also owns the two largest Dutch spirit distribution companies, a liquor and wine import company, vineyards in Bordeaux and hundreds of liquor stores around the world. A family owned business, passed down from father to son since 1891, the original Dirkzwager distillery was recently rebuilt under the supervision of the Holland Monument Society.

Dirkzwager Distillery, in 2005, received a Royal Appointment by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, for 125 years of consistent excellence and reliable quality.
